In litigation, the litigating attorneys-at-law form in-house teams with those of the patent attorneys who have the technical background required by the case. These teams regularly appear before all courts in Germany having jurisdiction over IP matters. The firm handles patent, trademark and design model infringement, unfair competition and copyright matters. The firm is constantly involved in some 100 intellectual property and unfair competition lawsuits all over Germany and Europe.
