In recent years, an increasing number of patent applications have been filed for nanotechnology inventions. To fully meet applicants’ demands to treat applications in the field of nanotechnology with interdisciplinary skills, attorneys of our firm have formed a nanotech group combining special technical backgrounds and experience in the field of electrical engineering, chemistry, material science and mechanical engineering.
