CHEMISTRY

The chemistry group of Grünecker, Kinkeldey, Stockmair & Schwanhäusser is a team of 10 professionals experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Most of the members hold a PhD in chemistry and have a long-term scientific background at renowned research facilities. In addition, the group members are proficient in legal matters with respect to European and German patent protection and litigation.

The group is active in all fields of chemistry, in particular organic and polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, photography, lithography, ceramics and food. Based on their comprehensive scientific knowledge, the group members work exclusively in their professional fields so that our clients benefit from an efficient and cost-effective handling of the respective matters.

In addition, the group is permanently engaged in opposition, litigation, opinion work and licensing matters. Dependent on the requirements of the case at hand, the patent attorneys of the group cooperate in flexible litigation teams with the firm's attorneys-at-law to ensure comprehensive services to our clients with in-depth technical and legal expertise.
