PHYSICS

The physics group of Grünecker, Kinkeldey, Stockmair & Schwanhäusser is a team of more than 10 professionals. All of the members hold an advanced degree in physics, and many have long-term scientific backgrounds in association with renowned research facilities. All group members are proficient in legal matters with respect to European and German patent protection and litigation.

Spanning the broad spectrum of modern physics and mathematics, the physics group is particularly accomplished in the fields of semiconductor technology, linear and non-linear optics, solid state physics, atomic and molecular physics, data and image processing technology, as well as copy and print technology. Based on their comprehensive scientific knowledge, the group members work in their professional fields so that our clients benefit from an efficient and cost-effective handling of the respective matters.

The group is permanently engaged in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, opposition, litigation, opinion work and licensing matters.
