ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

The electrical engineering group of Grünecker, Kinkeldey, Stockmair & Schwanhäusser is a team of 15 professionals experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. All of the members hold an advanced degree in electrical engineering and in addition, are proficient in legal matters with respect to European and German patent protection.

The technological fields covered by the group include consumer electronics, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, image processing, neural networks, and semiconductor engineering. Based on their comprehensive technical knowledge, the group members work exclusively in their professional fields so that our clients benefit from an efficient and cost-effective handling of the respective matters.

In addition, the group is permanently engaged in litigation, opinion work and licensing matters. Dependent on the requirements of the matter at hand, the patent attorneys of the group cooperate in flexible litigation teams with the firm's attorneys-at-law to ensure comprehensive services to our clients with in-depth technical and legal expertise.
